Richard Shipley has spent more than twenty years helping organizations build momentum from the inside out. His work spans transportation, logistics, nonprofit leadership, and startup ventures—always with a focus on creating cultures where people take ownership of change.
He has led transformational software deployment and performance improvement teams in freight operations, supported local food systems, taught Lean Six Sigma methods across two continents, and guided a Continuous Improvement program throughout the Americas. His experience has cultivated a hands-on, systems-minded approach, deeply grounded in the belief that quiet, early action often shapes the future more than titles or declarations.
